I'm a junior at William Jewell College in Liberty, MO majoring in English with a writing emphasis. This fall I'll be in Oxford studying C.S. Lewis and Jane Austen. In January I'll head to Tuscania, Italy for another semester abroad.
Gnocchi is a potatoe pasta similar to mini potatoe dumplings. Loredana showed my mom and I how to make homemade gnocchi a few weeks ago. It's very simple and requires only a few ingredients. Here is the recipe in pictures.
